Total Recall Consultation LLC is a dedicated advocacy and education firm serving homeowners across Florida who live under Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Owner Associations (COAs). Our mission is simple: to empower homeowners with clarity, confidence, and control.We believe every homeowner deserves to understand the laws that govern their community, recognize when their board is acting within those laws, and know exactly where to turn when something doesn’t feel right.
